This client has a Victorian property that need to be slightly more modern. It hadn't been renovation since the 60's and needed to be more open plan with a clean crisp pallet. We opened the downstairs living are to make the kitchen bigger and perfect for having guests. With new plastering, new electrics, gas/plumbing/radiator and decoration/tiling; we fitted new flooring, a new kitchen and bathroom and installed custom wardrobes.
